One tough cookie. Chaos enthusiast. Fluent in sarcasm and eyerolls. That’s me. When life gets loud, messy, or completely unhinged, I don’t panic, I bake. And I bake with a purpose.
Growing up on the East Coast and in the Midwest, I learned to appreciate two very different cookie love languages. East Coast’s big bold, NY style bakery cookies and the Midwest’s cozy, warm classics. PINK CHIP Cookie Co. lives happily in the middle—big bakery comfort cookies with a nostalgic soul.
PINK CHIP Cookie Co.’s PINK CHIP Pause, was born on one of those days when the world felt like it needed a timeout and maybe a stern talking to. Everywhere, chaos, drama, and at least one headline made crawling under a weighted blanket and living there permanently sound like paradise. Somewhere in between, “Is there a return policy on today?” and “Where did I put my sanity?” …. a half genius, half coping mechanism, idea popped up. What if a universal chill pill was baked into every cookie?
