Fairly Audacious Questions
Currently, under MN Cottage Laws, we are only able to serve locally. We offer a local drop off service called the Sunday Cookie Drop. We can accommodate local order pickups and special orders. We are also involved with local events like farmers markets.
What services do you offer?
Yes. We bake every order on Saturdays for next day Sunday drop off. No warehouse vibes. No sad, pre-sitting cookies. We don’t let them sit around thinking about life.
Are the cookies really made fresh?
Do you have an allergy disclaimer?
We bake with common allergens (gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts). If you have allergens, proceed wisely. We want drama in the cookie, not in the ER.
Orders close every Wednesday at midnight. Any order placed after midnight will deliver the following Sunday because chaos has boundaries. Miss it? You’ll have to emotionally process that until next week. Set a reminder. Future you will be grateful.
When do orders close?
Obviously. This is not a mystery box unless you want to make it one. Build your dream team. This is your moment.
Can I pick my flavors?
What if I need a large order or special event cookies?
Birthdays, breakups, team morale, anniversaries…we scale indulgence beautifully. Send us a note.
How big are the cookies?
NY Style Cookies are 5 oz. Dense, Soft, Chewy.; Midwest Style Cookies are 3.5 oz. Crispy, Chewy and thinner. Both types are dunkable. Both types may produce an abundance of empty milk cartons.
Can I send them as a gift?
Yes, and you will instantly become someone’s favorite person. We can include a note. Keep it sweet, spicy or suspiciously vague. Your call.
We do not accept returns. They are baked fresh. They are perishable. They are not sweaters. Because you are trying to return cookies… we have questions.
What is your return policy?
They’re best within 3-4 days. But let’s not pretend they’re lasting that long. If you test that limit… we respect your self control.

What is your delivery process?
Make sure your delivery address is correct. We will send out a time frame window. We deliver to doors, not vibes. If you’re not home, we will leave your box in a safe spot. After that, it’s between you and the universe.
Why do orders close on Wednesdays at midnight if you are delivering on Sunday?
We close orders Wednesday at midnight so we can plan, prep, and bake with intention on Saturdays…..not chaos. Every batch is mixed, scooped and baked Saturday night so your cookies are at peak perfection for Sunday delivery. We don’t rush the process, we time it. That is how you get cookies that taste like they were made for this moment—- because they were.
When are deliveries?
Sundays only for the Sunday Cookie Drop. Because Mondays are loud and we believe in backup plans. Act surprised if you want. We know you’re tracking it.
Do you accept cancellations?
Once we start baking on Saturday it’s go time. Before that? Reach out. We are reasonable. Mostly.
Are they really that good?
Yes. Next question.
What is your refund policy?
Since every box is baked fresh just for you, once we start baking it is a done deal. If something arrives damaged or wildly off, email us within 24 hours with photos. We’ll make it right. If you ate three and changed your mind, that’s a “you” situation. We are bold—-not unreasonable.
